The project is in the Electronic City New Media Innovation Industrial Park, located in the core area of the National Cultural Innovation Zone. The spatial layout planning takes advantage of the super high structure of the old factory building and divides the main body into three floors. The first floor is for external exhibitions and meetings. The second and third floors are for office and leisure. Seeing a firm entertainment attribute of this project, bold choice of cold and warm contrasted in the color of the whole space. Space planning is open as well as private. Static and dynamic areas are separated.

项目位于 “电子城新媒体创业产业园”，地处国家文化产业创新实验区的核心区。文化创意产业氛围浓厚。 空间布局规划巧秒利用了老厂房的超高架构，将主体分为三层。 一层为对外展示及会议。第二、第三层为办公及休闲。项目自身同样带有很强的文娱属性，在整个空间的配色上大胆选用了冷暖鲜明对比，空间规划开敞而又私密，静动分离。
